Here's another extra antagonist character drawn by the very talented and professional .

This is basically the first draft for the Volterran mercenaries used the corporations in the civilized areas of Korsun.

They are definitely less common than the Soldien Civil Defense Garrison, but tend to be a bit better armed, trained, and equipped; making them a more formidable force overall.

I don't think too many of these characters will show up though until later in the animation; and it probably wont be until the stakes are a bit higher.
